When sending Broadcast Voice messages or SMS messages what number does the message go to for internal users?

Broadcast Voice and SMS messages go to the telephone number specified in the message notification number field for that user in their settings page. Please note the SMS notification.

What do I do if I am experiencing issues with the application?

Go to the ticket system in the accounting section and open a trouble ticket. The status of your ticket will be updated real time. We also have chat available on our website www.theproeffect.com for assistance.

What happens when a user is deleted and they had a telephone number?

That number will remain with your company and can be reassigned to users or extensions by going to the Incoming Virtual Number field in the Extension, User Settings, or Rollover Sections.

What email address does a user’s Email voicemail notification go to?

What number does a user’s SMS voicemail notification go to?

SMS Voicemail notification goes to the telephone number specified in the message notification number field for that user in their settings page. Please note the SMS notification check box in user settings must be selected.

How do I Delete or Add Users

To Add a User Go to Manage Users > Add new > Input corresponding information > Submit   To Delete a User: Go to Manage Users > Select corresponding user by clicking Delete (Note: once a user is deleted they cannot be retrieved however, any phone or fax numbers associated with them will go to the Virtual Number List assigned to your account)

Purchasing New Virtual Phone Numbers or Fax Numbers

For a User from an existing unassigned virtual number: Go to > Manage users > Select corresponding user by clicking Edit > Select from Virtual Number List > Select corresponding number (Note: once the number is assigned to a new user the previous user will no longer receive calls or SMS messages from the number) > Submit For a User new phone number: Go to > Manage users > Select corresponding user by clicking Edit > Virtual Number Field should be blank > Select Local or Fax by clicking corresponding button > Enter +1 and area code followed by 7 consecutive digits (1111111) > Search (Note: If no numbers are found with search, choose another area code) > Submit
